This award-winning project delivered a modern, open-concept lobby with a green wall feature and abundant natural light. The space includes an indoor-outdoor gym, open meeting and working spaces, and a coffee bar. The project also included renovated common area restrooms on floors 1-12 and two fully built-out spec office suites.
Andrew Dondero has almost 30 years of industry experience and has built relationships with clients across the DMV. He leads all of CWC’s high-end interior commercial build-outs, including corporate headquarters, law firms, secure SCIF space, and capital improvements.
