Bringing Art to Life: CWC’s New Headquarters Featuring Custom Artwork by DMV Artist

Our new office at 4500 East-West Highway reflects more than just a new chapter for Coakley & Williams Construction—it’s a space that embodies our Build Mindset and celebrates who we are. One of the standout features is a stunning custom mural designed by Matt Corrado.

Through bold colors and thoughtful design, the mural, measuring 42 feet and 10 inches long and 9 feet tall, captures the essence of what we do, why we do it, and where – the DMV.

Bringing this vision to life was a team effort. Designed by Matt Corrado and expertly printed and installed by EPI Colorspace, the mural is a true collaboration of creativity and craftsmanship.

The custom CWC mural was created by local artist and Our Lady of Good Counsel High School alumni Matt Corrado.

Leading the charge on this creative aspect of our office project was Lisa Schlossberg, CWC’s Executive Director of Marketing & Communications. The collaboration with Matt was especially meaningful, as both are proud alumni of Our Lady of Good Counsel High School. They graduated from the school’s Wheaton campus, before Coakley & Williams Construction built the Olney campus in 2007.

The mural is more than art—it’s a reflection of our journey, our people, and the foundation we continue to build upon. We’re excited to welcome our team, clients, and partners into this inspiring space.
