About Baboucarr Cham

We are proud to announce that Baboucarr Cham is now a CWC Partner. Baboucarr joined CWC in 2003 as an intern and has held several positions on our construction operations team before being promoted to Project Executive. He is an integral part of CWC’s Public Business Unit which recently delivered the Long Bridge Aquatics and Fitness Center for Arlington County.

Industry Association Involvement

Baboucarr is heavily involved in industry associations. He currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Construction and Development Committee for DCBIA. Additionally, Baboucarr serves on the Building & Grounds Committee for Butler Montessori School in Darnestown, Maryland.
