Meet CWC’s Newest Partner: Pat McCrary, Senior Preconstruction Manager
Please join us in congratulating Pat McCrary on becoming a part of the CWC Ownership team. Pat joined CWC in 2014 and has been a steadfast presence and contributor in our Preconstruction department since his arrival. During his tenure, Pat has contributed to capturing over $1 billion in new business.

Pat is Active in Construction Industry Associations
Pat has been very active in industry associations, such as Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), ABC.XYZ Young Professionals, ABC’s Estimating Peer Group, and NAIOP DC | MD. He graduated from the ABC LDP program at the Gold Level and is a LEED AP BD+C. He’s also a member of the East Carolina University Construction Management Advisory Board.
