Having spent his entire career at CWC, Terrence provides executive leadership as a member of the company’s Management Committee with an emphasis on the company’s preconstruction, design-build, estimating, business development, and contract formation functions.
Terrence puts a particular personal emphasis and focus on the professional development and advancement of members of the CWC team. He encourages lifelong learning and gaining valuable perspective, inspiring several of his colleagues to make lateral changes within the company - across departments, from a field position to the office, and vice versa - building a career where they can thrive.
Terrence studied mechanical engineering at Cornell University and later earned a degree in Business Administration from Loyola University. He is a certified LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) by USGBC and Designated Design-Build Professional by DBIA. Terrence is the Past President of the Gonzaga Fathers Club, Past President of the Georgetown Visitation Fathers Club, and sits on the Board of Trustees of St. Anselm’s Abbey School and the Board of Directors of the Consortium of Catholic Academies.
