Lynn has almost 40 years of experience in the construction industry. She joined Coakley & Williams Construction in 1987 and became an equity partner in 2019 as part of a strategic business plan for the company’s future. As CWC's Chief Strategy Officer, Lynn is responsible for the company's strategic direction, specializing in Organizational Health, Culture, Building Teams, and Change Management. She oversees CWC's Corporate Operations, including Finance, Marketing, IT, and HR.
Lynn currently serves on the Board of Directors of the JDRF Mid-Atlantic Chapter. She is a certified LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) by USGBC and a Designated Design-Build Professional by DBIA. Previously, she served as the 2021 Chair of the Board of Directors for ABC Metro Washington and was named among the Washington Business Journal's Women Who Mean Business in 2020. Lynn also served as the 2019 President of CREW DC, where she earned recognition in 2016 with a Corporate Leadership Award and in 2021 as a Woman of Impact.

Lynn Stith Bennett began her career at Coakley & Williams Construction in 1987. With the fastest female career progression in the company’s 60 year history, she was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2018.
