Project Executive
Jon joined CWC in 2000 and became an equity partner in 2022. As a senior leader in Construction Operations, he provides oversight for the employee training and development of Project Management, Quality Control, Scheduling, and Construction Technology programs. He was instrumental in the creation and development of CWC’s 90-Day Onboarding Program for new hires and, as a dedicated committee member on ABC Metro’s Workforce Development Committee, he strongly supports ABC’s goal to be the leading force in the construction industry for workforce development and training. Jon was honored in 2020 with an employee-nominated Founders Award, which recognizes those who consistently go above and beyond the day-to-day expectations.
As a Project Executive, Jon focuses primarily on education projects, working closely with clients such as Gonzaga College High School, Connelly School of the Holy Child, The Potomac School, The Langley School, Landon School, and The Madeira School. In addition to his focus on schools, he has diverse experience in many different sectors including Government/Institutions, Renovations, Interiors, Community Centers, Natatorium and Athletic Facilities. Noteworthy projects include the Southern Area Aquatic Recreation Center (SAARC), Gonzaga College High School Field, Stadium, Parking Garage, and other various campus improvement projects, Rosedale and Bald Eagle Recreation Centers, and St. Mary of Sorrows Church.

Our Landon School project team recently celebrated the topping-out milestone of the new Boehly Upper School building. Landon students, faculty, and staff had the opportunity to sign the final steel beam before it was placed on the structure.

The Langley School kicked off its school year by hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony for their Crossroads Building, a new multi-purpose academic facility that will house the primary school, fifth grade, library and media center, and a large multi-purpose space.
We recently celebrated the steel topping out at the new USNA Alumni Association & Foundation (USNAAAF) center in Annapolis, MD.
CWC was recently engaged by the Georgetown Day School (GDS) for preconstruction services on the expansion and renovation for it’s existing High School.
