Eric joined CWC in 2009 and became an equity partner in 2022. As a Superintendent, Eric focuses primarily on day-to-day operations on his projects, working closely with owners, design partners, and internal staff. He has built multiple project types, including recreation centers, public & private schools, private clubs, and life science labs. As a driving force for innovation at CWC, Eric is focused on discovering and adapting new technology into our workforce to help us build with more accuracy, safety, and proficiency. He led CWC's first entirely paperless project in 2014.

Eric graduated from the ABC Metro Washington Leadership Development Program (LDP) at the highest level (Platinum) and mentors current LDP members. He serves as Chair of the Membership Committee for ABC Metro and participates in the Safety Peer Group, Technology Peer Group, and Joint Legislative Committee. Eric was honored with a CWC Founders Award in 2020 for demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and professionalism within CWC, the community, and the construction industry.
