Sean has been cultivating relationships with developers, brokers, architects, and owners for over 20 years.  He focuses on customer experience and exploring untapped opportunities in the market.  In a continuing effort to provide the highest level of service to our clients, Sean established the firm’s Client Care Program, dedicated to providing exceptional client service, to ensure that all projects are completed successfully. 

A lifelong Washingtonian and graduate of Georgetown Prep and Gettysburg College, Sean joined CWC in 2000 and became an equity partner in 2019, as part of a strategic business plan for the company’s future.  His various positions at the firm - working in the field, on the preconstruction team, and leading interiors operations at one time - offer him a unique perspective and understanding of both the employee responsibilities as well as the clients’ expectations and experiences.  Sean collaborates closely with Business Development, Strategy & Acquisitions, and the project teams to enhance the client experience throughout the life cycle of the project. 

He is a certified LEED Accredited Professional and active in a number of industry and community associations, serving on the NAIOP DC|MD Membership Committee, the Steering Committee for the Loyola Club of Washington, DC, Georgetown Prep’s Alumni Association, and Gettysburg College’s Blue & Orange Club.   Sean also dedicates his time volunteering with The Ivymount School and The Maddox School.
