Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC) renovated amenity spaces including two spec suites, common area restrooms on floors 1-12, and made exterior improvements at the Park Place office building located in the heart of Rosslyn, VA. These spaces are utilized by tenants and guests. The reimagined ground floor delivers an open concept with a green wall feature behind the reception desk and an abundance of natural light. The space includes a modernized lobby, indoor-outdoor gym, open meeting and working spaces, as well as a coffee bar. The look and feel of the new space is very inviting and provides a restorative environment for work and play.
