Coakley & Williams Construction provided preconstruction and construction services for NoSHA. The scope of work included constructing a structural light gauge framed building that houses 60 micro one-bedroom apartments that average 450 SF each. The site work also included surface parking.
Located in the Shaw neighborhood, the building features various amenities on the ground and penthouse levels, including a fitness facility, rooftop lounge and study, two rooftop terraces with monument views, an Amazon hub system, cold storage for grocery delivery, bike & resident storage, and more.
