Coakley & Williams Construction completed the renovation of this hotel into a full-service, 4+ star quality hotel with all related and required facilities and amenities. The project shares a twelve story building with office space owned by others. The renovation includes new designs for architectural elements, finishes, and interiors, including new FF&E, OS&E and technology throughout the project. This project achieved a LEED Silver certification.
