Coakley & Williams Construction was selected as the general contractor for the Henry M. Jackson Foundation Center for Prostate Disease Research (CPDR) project located in Bethesda, MD. This project consists of the build out of new office space and lab space in first generation floor.

Aside from the lab equipment, gasses and circulating water, each lab project carries its own set of requirements for the HVAC system. At Henry M. Jackson CPDR, this includes a large DOAS unit along with flat, spiral duct work throughout the lab space.

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine is a 501 (c)3 charity that supports research efforts throughout the world in support of Military medicine. One of their programs, the Center for Prostate Disease Research is relocating, and Coakley & Williams Construction has been awarded the contract for the renovation of their newest 12,000 SF laboratory space and 6,000 SF of office and support spaces in Bethesda, MD.
