West Falls Breaks Ground On New Hospitality Project

We gathered with the Falls Church community, project stakeholders, and government officials to break ground on the exciting new hospitality West Falls project in West Falls Church, VA.

Developers Hoffman & Associates, Rushmark Properties, & EYA partnered to build West Falls - an expansive, multiphase mixed-use, transit-oriented project expanding the vibrant community. CWC is proud to work with Hoffman on a new Home 2 Suites by Hilton hotel within the West Falls development: “We are extremely excited to join Hoffman in transforming Falls Church with the West Falls Project. We are proud to be contributing to this mixed-use project and making a wonderful space for the community to enjoy,” said CWC’s Jason Shaw.

The Future of Falls Church

West Falls is a 1.2 million SF mixed-use community set on approximately 9.5 acres. It will deliver a lively mix of apartments & condominiums, senior living, a hotel, dynamic dining & shopping, and a wellness-focused office. There is also almost an acre of open space for public community use to energize the area and bring people together.

CWC will be working alongside Jonathan Nehmer + Associates (Architect) on the new 106,000 SF hotel. The building will feature 146 units and 5 floors of wood framing over 1 level of concrete podium, along with ground-level retail spaces. The project will be built to LEED Silver standards.
