CWC Wins Top Workplace 2022 | The Baltimore Sun | Baltimore, MD
We are proud to share that Coakley & Williams Construction was named a 2022 Top Workplace by The Baltimore Sun. This adds to our corporate accolades for the year as we were also named a 2022 Best Place to Work by The Washington Business Journal.
To determine the Top Workplaces, The Baltimore Sun worked with Energage, an employee research and consulting firm. Energage invited 2,861 organizations to participate, and 150 employers made the winners list.
“The employee experience needs to be on the mission-critical list,” Energage CEO Eric Rubino said. “By giving employees a voice and showcasing an authentic culture, organizations can attract those job-seekers who complement their culture. Culture drives performance.”
CWC works with Energage annually to conduct an internal culture survey to assess what we are doing well and where we may be able to improve. An impressive 81% of our employees responded to the voluntary survey, a response rate well above the industry average.
“This award is based entirely on your candid responses and is a reflection of how you truly feel about working here.” CWC’s Managing Principal & Chief Strategy Officer, Lynn Stith Bennett said. “Thank you to everyone who took the time to provide your feedback and congratulations to all of you on this award. On behalf of the entire leadership team, thank you for choosing to build with us and for contributing to our success!”
